WellSky is looking for an intern for our Onboarding Support team. As an onboarding support intern, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects to assist in the onboarding of new health IT clients, and looking to optimize their efficiency during a pandemic. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of onboarding support.

You will also be responsible for database analysis, working with cross-functional teams to assist in building a connected network of nursing homes, home health agencies, and other post-acute providers in partnership with CarePort clients. Communicating with clients and users to complete projects accurately and on time.

You Will Be Responsible For The Following

  • Data Analysis
  • Internet research
  • Phone and email outreach
  • Escalating unresolved issues with thorough documentation as required, maintaining ownership of issue through resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Currently in Junior or Senior year working toward a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have completed at least one semester of business classes
  • Detail oriented
