Some Of Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Contacting mariners and union representatives for open positions onboard Crowley owned/managed vessels
- Verification of Mariner documents
- Electronic filing of documentation
- Data entry into Crowley and third-party compute programs
- Data pulls from third party compute programs into excel and create pivot tables (SIU open billet reports)
- Internal and external written correspondence
- Aiding in preparation of reports and presentations (AMO open officer billets, Newsletter prep)
Must-haves
- Enrolled in a degree program
Nice-to-haves
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
