Some Of Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Under direct supervision, the intern will be responsible for entry-level PC and software configuration and deployment.
- Intern will perform basic troubleshooting for internal stakeholders.
- Intern will be responsible for entry-level data entry for asset management.
Must-haves
- Enrolled in an IT degree program
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge
Nice-to-haves
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
- Working knowledge of IT ticket documentation.
