Apply a marketing skillset to support the Woods division of Oregon Tool, a global manufacturing company. This exciting opportunity is a paid, full-time, hybrid internship, targeted to start one week after your spring term ends and conclude one week before fall term begins. As a hybrid internship, you may work remotely or from our office in Oregon, IL as needed to support in-office projects and duties.
As a Product Management Intern, you may:
- Research and develop strategies for Woods to enter adjacent market opportunities
- Analyze company and competitor product lines and recommended specific product categories of focus
- Utilize social listening, quantitative research, store visits, and phone interviews to develop product line recommendations
- Collect and research data used to estimate market sizes and company financial opportunities
- Create a template to compare competitive repair parts
- Identify opportunities for building brand awareness and social media engagement
- Present actionable recommendations to senior management at the completion of internship
Requirements:
- S tudent with a minimum GPA of 3.0 pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all our Team Members, Oregon Tool is requiring that all new hires (including interns working 100% remote) have started their vaccination process or are already fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to their first day of work
