Your Responsibilities

  • Drive order intake and revenue growth through indirect sales (Channel)
  • acquire, establish, and develop channel partnerships
  • explore new industries and markets, and develop regional sales strategies
  • support channel partner management in lead generation, new customer sales (co-sales), and strategic customer development
  • implement the partner program, conduct regular sales forecasting, and maintain the sales pipeline
  • assist corporate marketing in the development, execution, and follow-up of campaigns

Your Profile

  • A degree in a business or technical field is an advantage
  • proven track record and success in international partner management
  • expertise in the creation and execution of business and marketing plans
  • professional experience in the acquisition and management of VARs/distributors and working with system integrators
  • motivation and commitment to present complex solution concepts at international customer and partner events
  • a structured and independent working style with a high level of responsibility, coupled with flexibility and international mobility
  • the ability to consistently generate sales success and build a long-term pipeline
  • strong communication and negotiation skills in English
  • experience in software solution sales, ideally within the CAD/PDM/PLM/ERP/MES environment
