Country Manager – Poland

We are a global Direct-to-Consumer brand specializing in high-quality functional clothing for people who live an active lifestyle. As we continue to expand and enhance our business operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Country Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Country Manager who will take ownership of expanding RVRC’s presence in Poland. This role is crucial for driving revenue, adapting our strategies to local market preferences, and ensuring that all efforts are optimized for growth. You will be the local expert, identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and ensuring we remain competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Responsibilities include:

• Revenue Growth & Operations: Operationally drive revenue growth in Poland, ensuring smooth execution of many aspects of the business, including website, ads, content, crm, influencers and partnerships, marketing campaigns, and PR initiatives.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors within Poland to ensure we lead in local markets.
• Localization & Best Practices: Adapt RVRC’s approach to fit the unique culture, buying behaviors, and best practices for Poland to maximize engagement and sales.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and execution.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a marketing, go-to-market, or e-commerce environment, with a track record of delivering strong results.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to think critically and solve challenges creatively.
• Data-Driven Approach: A passion for challenging the status quo using data insights and a strong understanding of KPIs to inform decisions.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Polish. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus.

Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. This is a full-time position, and we’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Location: Stockholm or Borås, Sweden. We are also open to remote candidates.
