The nCino Customer Success Intern role will be focused on being a part of nCino’s fast-paced and growing Customer Success team. They will support the various teams within the Customer Success team including: Support Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Implementation Consultants and Project Managers.
Responsibilities
- Creation of test scripts to reproduce realistic customer data scenarios in order to alleviate manual testing effort
- Consolidation and maintenance of customer facing technical documentation to create a centralized database for broader team usage
- Assist technical teams with Smartsheet velocity analytics and reporting
Ideal Candidate Skills
- Major in IT, Computer Science, MIS or Major in F inance / Business with a minor in a technology concentration
- Ability to quickly learn the nCino culture, product and business model
- Detail oriented with good organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and utilize emerging technologies
- Willingness to learn and dig deeper into current practices and suggest improvement when needed
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to work on group projects as well as independent thinking and proactive initiatives
