About The Job
The Intern, Customer Experience Operations works collaboratively with Customer Experience and Client Services to support key Customer Experience initiatives. This position supports the coordination, documentation and process enhancement initiatives in Customer Experience. This position will work closely with the Customer Experience Operations Manager, Senior Operations Specialist, and CX Area Leads to support enhancements to Customer Experience data analysis too, including the FMI Scorecard, and CRM dashboards. This position also supports the team by serving as a scribe during Customer Experience meetings and providing feedback on potential enhancements to process, highlight quality gaps and training needs.
The FMI Internship Program is offered to students currently registered in a degree program. It is a 10-12 week summer commitment, Full Time, 40 hours/week. Interns will gain a greater understanding of FMI through challenging project-based work, Spotlight Speaker Series with company executives, and the chance to connect with all employees by attending many company-wide events.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards and support data structure.
- Organize SmartSheet reports and tasks for Customer Experience Scorecard.
- Support subscription data structure and playbook for subscription data.
- Support Customer Experience leadership and Customer Experience executives by taking meeting minutes and action items during team meetings.
- Support continued improvement of Customer Experience structure by providing feedback and supporting projects that align to enhanced process, quality, and/or training.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Rising senior enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Biological Sciences, or other related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an office environment
- Proficiency with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Familiarity with Smartsheets and Dynamics 365
- Ability to multi-task and remain flexible with changing priorities
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of HIPAA and importance of privacy of patient data
