Intern – Manufacturing Change Management

This position is for a three (3) month summer internship in 2022. This is a project within Manufacturing Engineering where you will create a single sheet process for cabinetry change management. In this role, you will define each rework case and map the cases into a simplified question-direction process. You will also research and define step by step user guides and develop an organizational system to make these documents accessible. The idea candidate for this internship will be a fulltime student seeking a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and will be a sophomore or higher status.

Position Requirements

• Must be proficient in MS Office Suites: Excel, Powerpoint
• Must have good analytical skills
• Must have an understanding of industrial processes
• Strong written communication skills
