It Business Project Leader

With our wide array of vegetable and ornamentals seeds, we want to create a confidence-based relationship with our customers, working to our age-old motto of Quality, Reliability and Service.As a member of the EMEA IT Team, you will join a team of 10 peoples spread into SupportManagement, Security & Infrastructure, and Application/Solution Management. You will refer to the solution management team as a project manager.MissionsReporting to the EMEA IT Program Manager, your main missions will be to plan, support and deliver IT projects (mobile applications, ERP adaptation, BI project, modern developments….), as well as collaborating to bring support for the existing business solutions.- Defining the specifications, the steps, and the project deliverables, in relation with the operationalactors, the IT team and different stakeholders- Linking the different stakeholders, particularly internal and external- Ensuring an efficient operation and maintaining good relations within the project team- Helping the key users of IT solutions on their evolution requests (follow-up and testing)- Ensuring the backup of other Business Project leaders- Providing level 2 IT solution’s support to EMEA IT service Desk- Regular travel on all EMEA area, and some in others SAKATA regionsProfileTo succeed in this position you have a proven experience in and leading complex and innovativeprojects as well as an expertise in business process reengineering to identify and implementimprovements in the existing processes and systems.- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.- At least 5 years of experience as an IT project manager, preferably in a consulting or serviceoriented environment.- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex and large-scale ITprojects.- Strong knowledge and experience in business process reengineering, including processmapping, analysis, design, and optimization.- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Prince 2 is a plus.- ERP Business Central Knowledge is a plus- Microsoft Power Platform Knowledge is a plusApplicationThis position is to be filled as soon as possible and will be based in Uchaud (30).
