Overview

The Porsche Experience Center (PEC) Atlanta is a brand destination where the team strives to create Porsche Passion by delivering an experience as legendary as the cars we build. The PEC is open to customers and enthusiasts alike and while we are best known for our drive experiences, there are a host of things guests can do while on-site; ranging from a first-class dinner, to simulated driving, touring the gallery or hosting an event with us.

The role of the intern will be to assist the PEC management team with day to day business operations and assist with projects to improve efficiency, business analytics, fleet management and guest experience. There is a business writing component to this internship resulting in new training manuals, operating guides and operational process/decision mapping.

The intern will also be responsible for exploring new channels for gaming and eSports to broaden our PEC Simulator Lab capabilities.

The intern is ideally a one-year position with candidates having studied in a related field.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Working with the PEC management team to support drive operations, retail store, sim lab, food & beverage, special events)
  • Vehicle Operating Costs reporting and Tracking
  • Basic accounting, purchasing and invoice processing
  • Monitoring analytics and reporting on drive experience purchasing trends/customer engagement
  • Business Writing and Process documentation
  • Assisting with reporting and presentations
  • Assisting the team with events as needed
  • Assist with fleet management and vehicle display strategies
  • CRM analysis and strategy development for business growth

Education

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in or Business (Administration, Management), Hospitality, Entrepreneurship or International Business
  • Junior Class level currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Business or a related area.

  • Fluency in English (oral/written)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
