Our 10-week Americas Summer Internship Program offers students an immersive learning experience with hands on work in areas across the organization. Interning with PTC provides students with the opportunity to work on high-visibility and high impact projects.
This program begins June 6, 2022 and concludes August 12, 2022.
Your Impact
As we continue to mature and evolve our data, we need to ensure the output fits the requirements of the business and our stakeholders. In order to provide this, we need to scale the offerings to provide a more automated approach to reporting. This role will assist in collecting and defining report requirements from the business, ensure the data is being collected in our front end systems, and then manipulate the data to provide the reports and information needed.
Your Team
This position will play a key role with our People Reporting and Analytics group, as part of our larger People Strategy and Enablement Team, and help to set the structure for data requests and output.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Review Data Inputs to ensure we are requesting the correct information at the right time to provide accurate reports
- Help to automate some of the data review and scale large amounts of data into more easily digestible reports
- Analyze the outputs and provide insights and directions on possible next steps based on what the data is telling us
Basic Qualifications:
- Statistical Analysis techniques such as regression analysis and data segmentation
- Experience with Analysis tools such as Python and R
- Interest in Data Management, People Analysis and Data Science
