onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the

Talent Management (TM) team, located in Phoenix, AZ. As an intern within

the TM team, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the culture

of a large international organization that is a leader in the industry. This role

will participate in a number of organization-wide programs aimed at

supporting our employees and building upon the award-winning culture that

attracts and develops the best talent in the world.

This opportunity will ask a student to have the following performance

Objectives

• Assist in project management of cross functional programs with global

stakeholders and audiences

• Improve the user experience by reviewing Talent Management data,

training resources and

communications to identify and recommend opportunities to enhance

programs

• Conduct data analysis to support Goal Setting program
• Interview employees and facilitate focus groups to identify opportunities

for process improvements

• Participate in onsemi HR and Talent Management activities to network

and learn best practices

Minimum Qualifications

Job Qualifications

In order to be considered for an internship, you must be a student currently

enrolled in school pursuing an accredited degree program. This position is

specifically looking for a DEGREE.

Preferred Qualifications

• Global business management or Human Resources experience or

exposure a plus

• Effective communication — both verbal and written
• Organizational and time management skills needed to manage multiple

projects and tasks

• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)

Is Required And Experience

with SharePoint is a plus

• Ability and confidence to build working relationships and hold discussions

with partners at all levels of

the organization

• Willing to learn and apply feedback for continuous improvement
