Our 10-week Americas Summer Internship Program offers students an immersive learning experience with hands on work in areas across the organization. Interning with PTC provides students with the opportunity to work on high-visibility and high impact projects.
This program begins June 6, 2022 and concludes August 12, 2022.
Your Impact
As we continue to evolve HR, all processes need to be reviewed and upgraded to better support our future vision and direction. This role will collect and in places formalize existing process in order to determine process gaps, next steps, and system integrations to the larger plan.
Your Team
This role will interact with the People Team Centers of Excellence and use those interaactions to help architect an end to end process and improvement suggestions.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Meet with Subject Matter experts to collect and define key processes
- Map key processes to use as baseline (As-Is) process
- Make recommendations for future process improvements as they relate to both the individual COE delivery as well as the end to end Employee Experience at PTC
Basic Qualifications:
- Analytical mindset,
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels of People Org
- Process mapping (Visio)
- Excel skills
