Reporting to the Sr. Operations Program Manager, the student will solve complex problems in operations and generate new ideas for a global organization while utilizing creativity and innovation to develop skills.
What a typical day looks like:
- Supports continuous improvement projects in a clean room environment
- Prepares reports and presentations as required
- Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature
- Conducts research, and compiles statistical reports and presentations
- Collects and prepares information for team meetings
- May provide customer inquiries support
- May make high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company with customers, vendors and visitors
Student qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:
- Jr/Sr student pursuing degree in Business or related major
- Enthusiastic about identifying efficiencies in a manufacturing environment
- Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
- MS Office Suite; emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous internship experience a plus!
Internship Program Requirements:
- Able to start May 23rd and available to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
- Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
- 3.0 minimum GPA
