Reporting to the Controller, the student will assist with month-end close projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and learning about the business.
What a typical day looks like:
- Project work opportunities related to Networking Capital Improvement, SOX Compliance, and high priority projects as needed
- Develop Reporting Package for Weekly Operations Meetings
- General Inventory Review & Analysis work
- Engage in FY23 Fixed Assets Physical Inventory on manufacturing plant floor
- Improve fixed assets description review
Student qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:
- Jr/Sr student pursuing degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related major
- Accounting knowledge
- Effective project management and problem solving skills
- Inquisitive, eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges
- Enthusiastic about working in a manufacturing environment
- Highly collaborative, resourceful and excellent communication skills
Internship Program Requirements:
- Available to start on May 23rd and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
- Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
- 3.0 minimum GPA
