Regulatory Specialist Intern

This summer, Sovos is welcoming Rising Stars remotely around the US for a 10-week experience from mid-June to the beginning of August. The Rising Stars are immersed into Sovos culture right away by participating in our Whole Living Program, day-to-day department activities associated with your internship, and further developing your business acumen through weekly development sessions with our leadership team.

What To Expect During The Summer

Internships at Sovos will run for 10 weeks in the summer of 2022. During that time, you will:

• Gain valuable experience and make a significant business impact
• Learn more about Sovos’ products and experience Sovos’ people and culture
• Participate in weekly professional development sessions virtually with the Sovos Leadership Team

The Work You’ll Do

• Support the “Regulatory Analysis & Design” Team in performing its critical core function of keeping our tax rate and rule content continually accurate and compliant.
• Assist our skilled and experienced Regulatory Specialist team in their daily responsibility of researching and building new tax content
• Work with our Technical Specialist team in ensuring our monthly content deployments are accurate and on-time
• Improve the efficiency of Sovos response to required audits; including but not limited to our audit requirements under the Streamlined Sales Tax Initiative
