E-Commerce Marketplace Intern – Remote

As the Ecommerce Marketplace intern, you will be a key asset to assisting in providing content & usable images for Amazon Marketplace product listings. Claire’s has expanded its assortment to Amazon North America & Europe channels; however, we have a few key issues hindering us from performing our best. We are looking for someone who has a creative mind to assist in writing product content involved SEO (search engine optimization, accurate keywords, and enhancement capabilities to ensure our products are found onsite upon being loaded to Amazon. Within this role, the Marketplace team will teach our intern the ways to navigate a successful Amazon business from the FBA side. We’ll review key analytical pieces, performance, conversion, pricing recommendations, etc. You will also play a key role in understanding customer purchasing behavior within the Amazon shopping experience and how they interact with the Claire’s brand across the customer lifecycle.

The Intern will receive an overview of the practical application of the:

• How to create accurate and enhanced content for online shopping
• How to utilize platforms to understand important keywords
• Key metrics that make selling on Amazon successful
• Partnership between Ecom team and Content team within Claire’s

About You

• Completed at least 2 years of a 4 year college degree
• 3.0 GPA
• Be responsible, flexible, hardworking, ethical and committed to the internship program
• Basic understanding of how online sales business functions
• Interest in collaborating in a marketplace environment
• Creative approach to writing content
