Some Of Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

  • Assisting the HSQE-Operations Integrity Team with daily tasks such as learning how to produce, and assisting with, preparing and/or entering relevant HSQE and compliance data, reviewing of procedures and reports, attending meetings to observe, and participate in discussions (under guidance and mentoring by the Director or his delegate), relevant to the day to day running of the business functions, as well as other Admin duties.
  • Under direct supervision, may be responsible for receiving, sorting and distributing general communication and correspondence.

Must-haves

  • Enrolled in a degree program, Best suited to someone pursuing academic studies in Health and Safety or Environmental Management, or enrolled at a Maritime Institute, however open to candidates who see this opportunity aligned with their program of study.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
