Our internship offers challenging hands-on project work and mentorship that gives you the opportunity to learn and provide immediate value to the organization. The HR Intern supports the People & Talent team by completing assigned projects across all centers of excellence including; talent management, talent acquisition, DEI, benefits and compensation, employment compliance, internal event planning and communications.
Key Activities
- Collaborate with others on implementing People & Talent programs and initiatives including; new hire onboarding experience, development and training, diversity and inclusion, planning in-office activities and events, culture and communication.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures that help us continuously improve and scale. continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Currently in Jr. or Sr. year working toward a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business-related field
- Must have completed at least one semester of business education classes
- Must be highly motivated and independent
- Strong communication skills
Additional Job Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (laptop)
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
