POSITION SUMMARY:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
- Revamp our HR Induction slides or presentations, toolkits and recorded (voice) guides.
- Help prepare reports, data analysis, and presentations as needed to engage various stakeholders.
- Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters.
- To undertake ad-hoc assignments or HR duties as and when assigned from time to time.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business, with preference for Mass Communication, Marketing major.
- Experience with MS Office
- Proficient in presentation/media software
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven individual, proactive team player
