About This Opportunity

The Content Developer Intern will work within our inclusive, dynamic Sales Development team and contribute to building out our digital and in person learning strategy.

In this role, you will…

• Grow with our comprehensive internship program – we will provide you a great introduction to our company and culture, mentorship, career building workshops, and technical training on eLearning authoring, graphic design, and video editing tools specific to sales training
• Gain business acumen within the medical device/dental industry with a best-in-class company
• Contribute to high priority and high visibility 2022 initiatives through work on:
• Instructor-led (and virtual) classroom assets
• Focused knowledge articles
• Updated, video-based, and interactive eLearning modules
• Work in a collaborative team environment with sales development, marketing, clinical education teams and subject matter experts to drive business results through appropriate training
• Learn from instructional design and content development professionals within the team and across the business while contributing to their professional growth through new ideas, techniques, etc.
• Have access to all tools necessary to fulfill project deliverables

In this role, you’ll need …

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program, including but not limited to graphic design, instructional design, digital marketing, digital content development, or an appropriate education technology program
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy
• Collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with graphic design, content development software, MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple, deadline-driven projects and related work
